Mistakes

I wonder of this relm
they call it reality...
it makes me stop to question
how to find the true me

tried once before ya kno
a long time ago my defenses fell
and i let myself come out
of my protective shell

Only then to find that
they laughingly call it reality
but was more in truth
a personal purgatory...

I made such a mistake
thats caused so much pain
this day i make a promise
to never let it happen again...

Ok so here is the thing
ya got in trouble
then you made a mistake
and got in trouble again...
as the first punishment
you are grounded from somethin
ok sounds fair ryte???
yeah its ok i can handle that
ya kno parents
always wanna be in control...
or at least feel like it,
but...
does it make any sense
at all to meet things head on pushy???
ok so i made a few mistakes
im sorry
i learned my lesson and
i will accept the punishment
but do you really think
that you can be this pushy with me???
you want me to stop sulking...
you want me to be happy
you want me to accept and love this ....
change...
CHANGE???
my life has been ruined
and wat do you think they do
to fix it???
do they ween me slowly from my old life???

a new team...
as if taking everthing i loved
will make me love wat is there???
